at The Gardner Ale House

These 3 great photos are by Paul Suikohnen.

JASON JAMES AND THE BAY STATE HOUSE ROCKERS
with special guest Danny Vitale!

Jason invited guest singer, Danny Vitale, to sit in on a number of tunes.

Danny was with The Movers for a number of successful years. photos by Diana Shonk

I couldn't BELIEVE that they did my favorite song of all time, "Boogie Woogie Country Girl!"
It was so much fun!

Jason has great style. Roll your mouse over this photo. That is subscriber, Paul Montero in the background in the light gray shirt and hat. He later told me that he had never seen Jason before and he was really impressed with his band! Big Fun!

What a great night we had at the Gardner Ale House! This new club is so inviting and comfortable it is refreshing! They have a delicious menu and you can stay at your table and enjoy the show.

The Blues Audience Party went well, the people were very receptive and kind. There were a number of people who remembered me from my radio show in Northampton and lots of REAL blues fans.We had a BUNCH of people sign up for subscriptions and two subscription winners in the raffle.

The crowd was really into Jason and his band. They do Rockabilly (winners of the Worcester Telegram's 2007 category for BET Rockabilly/Surf band) and Jason can really rip up a blues tune! He was sporting his new beautiful white Gibson guitar. He always has a vintage guitar, hence his cool sound. He really is a gerat guitar player and entertainer and you would never know it, he is so unassuming and almost shy to talk to. This is one interesting person and his band is a must see! Lots of action, great tunes very soulful, one hard working band bringing great music to enthusiastic audiences all over New England.
